Do you struggle with test anxiety? Do your test scores not quite match up to your much higher daily grades? Everyone experiences some level of anxiety when it comes to taking an exam. However, when anxiety affects exam performance, this can become a BIG issue. It can affect not only your GPA, but your overall sense of self-confidence.
A one-day student seminar will be offered twice in October to accommodate your schedule. Seminar dates are October 11th and October 13th. We will meet during I-30 FLEX time in the Lecture Hall. Topics covered will include why we experience anxiety, how it affects us both physically and emotionally, the neuroscience behind test anxiety, and research-proven methods on how to work towards overcoming it.
